Meet stanley the stoma

About Stanley and where he came from 🧸🌈

If you’ve followed my journey, you’ll know how unwell I was this year. I survived sepsis, and it changed my life in ways I never expected. Somewhere in recovery I ended up with more bags than Gucci — and instead of letting that be a miserable reminder, it sparked something positive.

Out of something really hard, a new passion has grown.

I started making stoma bears to bring comfort, confidence, and a little bit of joy to children (and adults) living with chronic illness. These bears are a reminder that you’re not alone — and that people do care.

Each bear is made with love, kindness, and the hope it helps someone feel seen, understood, and just that little bit braver πŸ’•

Please note: these bears are comfort items and not medical devices.
